Industry Solutions was formed in 2002 by Martin Brinkworth, who saw a clear need to provide simple IT solutions to customers without getting lost in technical jargon and expensive solutions.

Martin Brinkworth : Director
Martin has worked in the travel and IT industries since 1981, seven years with Singapore Airlines in New Zealand, helping develop a global view of business and instilling a commitment to quality service. Martin then worked with Travel Industry Automated Systems (TIAS) in Melbourne before joining Sabre Pacific in 1989. Martin held various roles within Sabre Pacific, including State Manager of the Victorian team and acting Director of Sales. Since starting Industry Solutions in 2002, Martin has become skilled in software and hardware installation and support as well as integrating business and IT management.
Francine Chadwick : Manager
Francine has a great depth of business experience as the owner of multiple small businesses in Victoria and WA and senior roles with Thai Airways, TIAS and Sabre Pacific. Since returning to Victoria Francine has worked with Industry Solutions to help develop business growth, support services and account management. Francine regularly deals with clients and has a unique ability to understand technical issues and communicate clearly with clients.
